A Finish or Two....

It's finished! The Hussif I was working on last post that is!
The scissors are tied with a ribbon so they don't fall out when the Hussif is rolled up.
Room for lots of embroidery threads....
and needles and pins.....
The pincushion is in place.
The binding around the curved section is lace and when it's rolled up, it is tied with a ribbon and a lovely old button.
I'm very happy with the way it's turned out. It was a great tutorial and lovely to make.
A couple of other finishes this weekend were for my son. A small dumpling bag fo attach to his headphones case.
It's to hold the chords and other bits and pieces.
And a laptop case. I knew that Avenger fabric would come in handy!  It's so nice to get sewing requests from my boys, especially when they know exactly what they want and they're nice and easy to make.
Hope you've had a lovely weekend!

Great work on the hussif. It is extra nice to get sewing requests. Pouches for headphones, cords, chargers etc are a winner in my house.
