Road Trip!

We (De, Marilyn and I) set off on the 8 hour road trip to Nundle today. We are meeting up with lots of other bloggers for a workshop with Lynette Anderson. Can't wait for the workshop and to meet up with so many wonderful friends.
First things first, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in Warwick, meeting up with Cheryl, Lynda and Susan.
The drive to Nundle is just lovely as you pass through so many gorgeous country towns with beautiful old houses, churches and buildings. This beauty is Stannum House in Tenterfield. It's for sale too if you have a spare $2 million!!!
Our accommodation ( Mount Misery Gold Mine) is just full of history. Built in the 1870's it has a museum and goldmine downstairs and was the undertakers at one stage as well.
Can't wait to check out the goldmine tomorrow!
Had a lovely dinner at the Nundle Pub which was built in 1860 and has lots of photos of it and its occupants over the years. We will be checking out the rest of the town in the morning. Can't wait.
