Sunday Stitchers

It was lovely to meet up with this wonderful group of ladies today. First catch up for 2015.
How healthy was our food table this time? Very impressive (and delicious).
Lots of sewing today as I have a few projects on the go.
Stitching Jenny's BOM (with a bit of an energy boost!).
And working on my stitchery from Cathy that I received for Christmas.
Making a start on my Trip Around the World. This is our challenge project for this year. All sewn by hand and using 2 inch squares.
Show and tell .....Cheryl and her lovely baby quilt. Love this, especially the pieced border.
Maureen and Inca with their gorgeous bags.
Linda showing her (finally) finished bag (one of Joy's patterns). Linda was also our early birthday girl today as next month we are doing a workshop and decided to give her her fat quarters a month early.
Busy, busy .....
We were also very lucky to have a visit from Tatyana and cute little Dasha.
So wonderful to be back together today...... And we had lots of organising to do for this year! So far we have 3 workshops planned (our Natalie Bird one is next get together in February), retreats to Warwick and Nundle to be planned as well as the start of this year's quilting project (hand sewn Trip Around the World).
It's going to be a great year.
Teresa xx
Finished my first little block!
