Yesterday I went to the Craft Show in Brisbane with the Tuesday girls. We had a ball! Before we even got there Sandi had made us all a survival kit... There were 4 teeny tiny little tic tac containers in that little envelope. So cute ... and they did get eaten!
First stop was breakfast. We have found the best little cafe near the show and after remembering how good it was last year, we couldn't wait to get breakfast. I had the yoghurt and granola and it was delicious. We went there for lunch too!
Here are my partners in crime and we were so lucky to have Jenny come all the way down from Bundaberg to join us. So good to see her and catch up.
Lots of wonderful things to see and gorgeous booths and shops, including this one... Bella Paperie from Brendale. We are planning a roadtrip to their shop in the near future!!
Natalie Bird's booth is always a favourite. Love her new quilt!
I always go and visit my lovely friend, Lisa, from Megelles... She makes the most gorgeous bears!
I bought so many lovely things and can't wait to start playing with them. These are a few of the gorgeous vintage goodies I found. The little needlecase on the left is absolutely stunning, full of pockets and lace and vintage pieces throughout. Plus a beautiful lavender sachet, vintage ribbons and French fabric and some sweet smelling vanilla and lemongrass soaps.
Some great fabrics for fussy cutting Lucy Boston blocks,
Great Studio Mio bag kit, handles and linen fabrics,
Sweet little Natalie Bird kit, laces, doilies, mini tins and lots of gorgeous buttons.
A great day spent with great friends.
I was totally exhausted after having such a fun day (I fell asleep in the car on the way home ha ha.... lucky Sandi was driving!!)
We saw lots of friends there too and it's always wonderful seeing them enjoying themselves as we were!
Have a great weekend,
