Glenrose Patchwork Retreat Warwick

I have been lucky enough to go to Warwick and enjoy another retreat with the Tuesday Stitching girls. I love this place! It has everything ....
Gorgeous cottages, a wonderful workroom, friendly owners and staff, beautiful gardens, a well stocked shop and best of all .... Great friends to laugh, chat, sew, shop and work with. Couldn't ask for more than that.
The first day always starts with a lovely morning tea waiting for us at Glenrose.
After settling in, a quick trip into town for more food!!!!!
and a present (tell you about that later!) we finally started some frenetic sewing!
(Jenny was on fire!!!)
Helen and Tatyana later in the night doing some hand stitching.
This is my first finish. Wonderful bag with panels on the front and back that open up and expand. I love the fabrics in this.
It's finished off with a black fabric flower that was included in the kit.
First night is always a big dinner as we all bring something for the meal. It's lovely to all sit down and enjoy it together.
I'll have more photos of the next couple of days when I get a chance to go through them.
Rest assured there was lots of laughing, sewing, chatting and socialising going on. I love these get togethers with such wonderful friends.
Back soon
Teresa xx

Hello, I'd be interested in info on the bag. Could you tell me the name or where you got the kit from? Thank you. Beatrice (from France - Europe).
