Craft Extravaganza

I had so much fun today! The Craft Extravaganza is on again on Tamborine Mountain and a few of our stitching group decided to drive up and see what damage we could do to our wallets.
There was plenty!!! Lots of beautiful handmade goodies and lots of wonderful ideas for Christmas and gifts.
We started off with morning tea at the Spice of Life - and then (full of energy!) we hit the stalls!!!
I have come home with a bag full of goodies, mostly Christmas presents or gifts for blogging buddies, so I can't show everything just yet.
Beautiful painted roses on wooden birds and cotton spools and a sweet smelling soy candle in a gorgeous dish.
Some great Christmas decorations (check out Santa made from a paint brush!!) and cards. The prices were really good!
Beautiful buttons and more painted goodies, lovely decorated hanger and some sparkly earrings displayed beautifully on a French card.
I even found a sweet blue willow tiered plate and a vintage Meakin dish (the price was too good to resist!).
As you can see we did very, very well with our purchases!!! (Sandi, Helen and Noreen). We managed to fill the boot in the car!!!
Then off to Gallery Walk and a lovely lunch at Tamborine Winery.
Such a great day with wonderful friends. It was nice to give my Christmas Gift List such a boost too. It has been a long time since I've been up on the mountain and I'd forgotten how much I love the place.
Thanks for a fun, wonderful day girls!!!
Teresa xx

Looks like you had a wonderful day, and you have picked up some great goodies. Would love to find one of those painted spools to add to my collection - but no chance of getting up there this weekend. Maybe another time!
