A couple of little thread baskets

I've just finished a couple of little thread catchers from Natalie Birds book "Red Home". Lovely and quick to make and they don't use a lot of fabric... so they're perfect for little left over pieces you can't bear to throw away. The basket at the back is a little taller as I couldn't cut the top off the Eiffel Tower ha ha!!! (Thanks for the gorgeous fabric Tatyana!!)
So, I've been very good this month in the Stitch-A-Long completing 2 thread catchers and 2 shoe bags! Very happy!
Hope you're having a great Friday!

Soooo great your post popped up at the top of my reader. I took down the stripped gift you made me to clean (it hangs on the wall) and thought of you today. Perfect for tonight. I Continue to enjoy the fabrics!

Your catchers are sweet - especially the Paris themed one and you were right not to cut the tower off.
Enjoy the weekend.

It is so much fun seeing all the thread catchers and the variations. The Eiffel Tower one is so cute, I bet you're keeping it.
