Adelaide Part 2

Well we are back from our holiday to Adelaide... and back to reality.
Adelaide was wonderful, the Fringe Festival was amazing and I really want to go again next year!!!
The Garden of Unearthly Delights... Amazing!
The theatre and show we went to see was fantastic... even better than I thought it would be.
Beehive Building including the bee on the top (painted in 24c gold)
I loved the beautiful old buildings and churches in Adelaide, especially North Terrace.... and everything was so easy to get to and visit.

Glenelg was beautiful and we loved the beach (and the great game of miniature golf!!)
The Adelaide Gaol was wonderful, and so interesting.
Some of the things made by the inmates
The shopping was amazing...
the food was incredible...
Breakfast at our hotel
where we stayed was just perfect and close to everything..
And my absolute favourite.....
Was Adelaide Zoo and being able to see the only Giant Pandas in Australia.

It was definitely the highlight of my trip and I could have sat and watched Wang Wang and Funi all day.
The rest of the Zoo was wonderful too.
Such a great holiday and we loved every minute of it. In fact Jack loved it so much he wants to live there!
Now back to reality!
The winner of my giveaway will be drawn tonight and I will send off your parcel tomorrow.
Good luck to all those who entered!
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Nice photos of Adelaide Teresa! I have been there a couple of times and find it a very quiet city compared to Melb, Syd, Bris! A lot of history there too!!! It's always nice to get home though LOL!!!!

Looks like you made the most of what the city has to offer and enjoyed the Festival too.
Hope reality is not too much of a let down - at least you get to see your gorgeous cats.
Enjoy

Glad you enjoyed Adelaide. I come from there but live in regional SA now. We head down there quite regularly though. It is a very easy city to get around in and the beachside towns are lovely.
