What Makes Me Happy 14/2/2011

Happy Valentines Day!
This week..... What's making me happy??.......
A new project called "Tis the Season". I have my kit, book and fabrics from HERE and I just LOVE the fabric! I am doing this in Chooky's Stitch Along.Stitching with the girls today! Lots of stitching, lots of laughing and of course....
Cake!
My new denim bag!
I think it's so clever using a zip to make the rosette and all the other details on the bag!
Oh and these are making me happy too! My husband found this when he was mowing on the weekend... the mother duck was protecting them so well, he discovered them just before he could have easily mowed right over them.
Hope you are all having a wonderful Monday!

Hi T, love the zipper effect on your bag - some clever ideas around out there. Just had a smile to myself - finding the eggs clearly gives another meaning to lucky duck, doesn't it?

I like your new redwork stitcheries, and your jeans bag turned out goooood. I never saw anybody use a zipper this way, it looks great.
Hope to see more pictures once the ducklings hatch! Have a wonderful Valentinesday!
