What Makes Me Happy Week No. 18

This week it's kids birthdays!!
Today is my youngest sons 16th birthday. It's also a holiday here today (Labor day) and his father has whisked him away to march in the Labor Day rally (this is why he's wearing such a dorky hat! - his Dad says it's part of the 'uniform' )
A quick open of the presents and he was off.
Tonight we're going to the in-laws for a yummy birthday dinner - all Jacks choice of course!
What really makes me happy is seeing the look on their faces when they open their presents, and they are thrilled with what they've received!
Even home-made boxer shorts were a hit!
Got to love that both my boys still want, and ask for, home-made gifts!
Happy Monday to everyone and I hope you are having a great day!

He also wears boxers I have made. Hope you all enjoy your special Birthday dinner. Lucky you having a holiday over there. Happy Monday.

Hi Teresa, Hope Jack had a great birthday. Love the hat! and if they say it's part of a uniform, then it's part of a uniform. lol. Nice that Jack loves homemade things, they're kind of special. Kind regards, Anita.
